Our 6 week postnatal yoga classes are streamed live online twice All new mums & their babies are welcome, although you must complete book your space first.
Your baby is very welcome to come & share the experienceuntil he or she is mobile. There is time at the beginning & the end of the class to spend feeding, changing, playing with your baby & socialising with the other mums & babies.
There is also plenty of time for you to tone up and strengthen your body, helping with the recovery process. The will include excercises to strengthen core muscles, especially pelvic floor & stomach muscles, as well as awareness of posture for feeding & strengthening the arms and back.
While you are excercising, your baby can lie down next to you, getting involved in the excercises, or in the baby area, where they can socialise with other babies. You can start after your 6 week check. If you have had a C-Section, you may wish to wait a little longer.
The cost is £8 per class or you can book a set of six classes for £40.00 The classes are most beneficial if you come every week
